Monthly rates:
Deposit and $12 minimum Tenant Protection** are required.  Tenant Protection is waived if you have proof of insurance coverage for your unit contents.

Interior 10x5:     $77 ($65 + $12 Tenant Protection)
Interior 10x8:     $82 ($70 + $12 Tenant Protection)
Interior 10x10:     $107 ($95 + $12 Tenant Protection)
Interior 10x20:     $157 ($145 + $12 Tenant Protection)
Drive-Up/Exterior 10x5:      $77 ($55 + $12 Tenant Protection)
Drive-Up/Exterior 10x10: $82 ($70 + $12 Tenant Protection)
Drive-Up/Exterior 10x20:      $127 ($115 + $12 Tenant Protection)
Drive-Up/Exterior 10x21:      $132 ($120 + $12 Tenant Protection)

All unit rentals are placed on automatic payments.  Rent is due and charged automatically on the 1st of each calendar month.

Waitlist note:

Prospective tenants are removed from the wait-list after 6 months. Please rejoin the waitlist if you are still waiting after 6 months.



**Tenant Protection:

Unit insurance or Tenant Protection is required. Your homeowners or renters insurance may cover storage units - please check with your insurance vendor. Minimum Tenant Protection ($2000 coverage/$12 per month) will be added and charged automatically after 14 days if proof of insurance is absent.
